IN MEMORIAM

Mr. Kampanart Voramanuchai

~ ~ ~ ~

Life is short and death a tragedy at any age.  Even more so when it is accidental and unexpected.  Through the miracle of the internet, I had made contact with the son of the owner of the Chum Long Luck Photolab Studio in Takhli City.  I had known his father, who had done some professional work for me years ago.  After some discussion, and a great deal of effort on his part, he had located old photos his father had stored away.  His willingness to help someone to whom he had no obligation I find typical of Thai people.  He had already emailed me several photos, and promised more to follow.  Unfortunately, only a few weeks after we made contact, I was informed by his family that he had been killed in an auto accident.  Kampanart was very enthused about this website, and so, to honor his wishes to see his photos on the web, and for his family, they are below.

To his family, our deepest sympathy and gratitude.
